Happy New Years plus my first stamping mani!

I wanted to try stamping as their was this awesome star image that I thought would go perfectly with a new polish I got for Christmas. The image was pretty small so it did not cover most of my nails and this is only my first time (ever!) that I used a stamping image plate. I keep looking at my nails, they are so cute!

I think it is very cute for my first time. (obviously I still need to practice) In these next pictures I tried to capture the holo in the silver nail polish .

I used Ulta Snow White and Finger Paints Meet Me At The Met.
Whishing you a safe and happy New Years,

Winter Wonderland

Although where I live it has been warm, (rare!) I wanted to share with you today two of the  manicures I did that did not make it into the Christmas challenge. The first one is a "snowman" theme.

The blue nail polish that I used was supposed to be a glitter topper so the nail polish is a little thin.
The next one  is a snowflake design-

I love the dark blue, this was one of the first nail polishes I used from the brand ZOYA and I am very pleased with the quality of the polish.

                                                                       Happy new year!,

Christmas In My Country

Merry Christmas!, I can't believe that this is the last day of the Christmas challenge, and that I made it through the whole challenge.  I didn't really have any idea as to what I was going to so I looked up on  Google "Christmas in the us"  and all the pictures were of lights so I chose to paint a string of lights across my nails.

Happy Holidays,

Christmas Movie

Only about 3 days till Christmas can you believe it?  All I have left is to wrap gifts.  I have been busy making cookies (and eating them) and finishing last minute Christmas shopping.  For this Christmas challenge I decided to recreate the costume that Buddy the Elf in the movie Elf wore. I think it turned out pretty  good. I painted this a couple of days ago so it does have some chips in it but I will most likely take it off    tomorrow anyway. As soon as my family has received their presents I will hopefully show you what I have been up to lately.
Merry- Almost Christmas,

Gifts/presents

The challenge for today is gifts/presents. I wanted to create gifts on my nails, this is how they turned out. I wasn't able to take a picture of them until three days after I painted them so they do show signs of wear.

  3. Revlon Fast Dry- Emerald
Wishing you a happy holidays,
                                      Clarena

christmas cocoa

just had some of the best hot cocoa at a christmas party. It was warm white hot chocolate that was creamy and smooth with wiped cream and chocolate mint sprinkles. To die for (note to self, tone it down on the hot chocolate)

 talk to you later,

Christmas Food/candy

For this challenge I wanted to do a candy cane/ peppermint manicure. I wanted to tryst water marbling for the first time which ended up a huge disaster. (The nail polish spread all over the bowl making a plastic-like substance that got all over my nails.) I had gotten a new white nail art polish from the dollar tree and my plan B formed.
 I used
  1. Milani Nail Art- White Canvas
  2. Ulta Non-Stop Red
Hope you like it!,

Inspired By Christmas Colors

Sorry this is two days late, I was painting and it got all over my nails and it wouldn't come out so I had to wait and redo it until I was done painting. Here it is! I really like how it turned out.
 I used
  1. NYC Demon
  2. Revlon Dry Fast Emerald

I think my pictures turned out better since I used natural light (note to self: use natural light if possible)
See ya,
          Clara
